Postcard from Estonia!
Today I got a nice postcard from Estonia! The postcard features an old picture of an Estonian boy with a caught fish. Fishing has been an important industry for the people of Estonia. In the past, children would also participate by helping with the trawlers as they came back to land. A nice Sochi Winter Olympics stamp was used! Thanks Patrik!

Postcard from Estonia!
Today I got a nice postcard from Estonia! The card features two young Estonian girls in traditional Estonian clothing. In Estonia, people of ethnic heritage usually have blonde hair and blue eyes. Two nice stamps featuring the Great Crested Newt, also known as Triturus cristatus, was used! They are stamps promoting the conservation cause of the WWF. Thanks Patrik!

Today I got a nice card from Estonia! The card shows an illustrated map of the country. Also seen are some typical scenes throughout the different regions of the country. Used was a nice circular stamp featuring people from southeastern Estonia in traditional clothing. Thanks Patrik!

Postcard from Estonia!
Today I got a nice card from Estonia! The card shows a great aerial view of Tallinn, Estonia's capital city. Tallinn's old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and on the card you can see the upper part of the old town, which has many towers and churches. Thanks Ella!

Postcard from Estonia!
Today I received a beautiful card from Estonia! The card shows multiple views of the country, including a view of the Kõpu Lighthouse and the Rakvere Stone Castle. Estonia is a country with almost 50% of its area covered with forests. It is sparsely populated with a poulation of roughly 1.3 million people. Thanks Malle!
