Postcard from Kuwait!

Today I got a great postcard from Kuwait! The card shows a nice view of the Kuwait Towers. The Kuwait Towers is a group of three towers inaugurated in 1977. The main tower, which is the tallest among the three, has two spheres and has a restaurant, a cafe, a lounge, and a reception hall. The upper tower rotates every 30 minutes. The second tower serves as a water tower. Beautiful commemorative stamps were used! Thanks Huda! 

Postcard from Kuwait!

Today I got a nice postcard from Kuwait! Kuwait, officially known as the State of Kuwait, is a  country in Western Asia. The card shows a traditional Kuwaiti door. "Abo-Koukha" refers to the big round black nails used to decorate wooden doors. Also seen on the card is the old flag of Kuwait and old stamps featuring a Kuwaiti prince. Thanks Huda!
