Postcard from the USA!

Today I got a nice postcard from the USA! The postcard shows a view of Harpers Ferry. Harpers Ferry is where three states, namely West Virginia, Maryland, and Virginia, meet. On the card, we see the Potomac River and the CSX railroad bridges. The area is considered a National Monument. The postcard is an official Postcrossing card, US-3135695. Thanks Nellie!

Today I got a nice postcard from the USA! The postcard shows a view of Tamarack, Best of West Virginia. It is a tourist destination located by the West Virginia turnpike that serves as the state's Arts & Crafts center. West Virginia craft products ranging from textiles to even food items are sold here. On weekends, craft demonstrations are held. Half a million people visit Tamarack annually.  Nice Harry Potter stamps were used! Thanks tillic07!

Today I got a nice postcard from the USA! The card shows an illustrated map of the state of West Virginia. West Virginia is a state in the southern region of the USA and it was formed when landowners who owned only a few or no slaves broke away from the state of Virginia during the civil war. It then became a crucial civil war border state. Its capital is Charleston and it is the 41st largest state. Thanks Hallie!
