Postcard from South Korea!

Today I got a nice postcard from South Korea! The postcard shows a view inside Geunjeongjeon, the main throne hall of Gyeongbok Palace. The palace was once the main royal palace of the Joseon dynasty and it was built in 1395. It is also the largest of the Five Grand Palaces of the said dynasty. During the start of the 20th century, it was destroyed by Imperial Japan and it is currently still undergoing restoration. Thanks Seung Yeop!

Postcard from South Korea!

Today I got a nice postcard from South Korea! The card is a 3d hologram postcard showing Seoul Forest. It is the public park of the country's capital, Seoul. The park was created on top of what was once a royal hunting forest. Thanks Jeeyeon!

Today I got a nice card from South Korea! The card shows a view of Cheonggyecheon in Seuol, the country's capital. It is an 8.4km long and modern public recreation space in the downtown area. It is where the Seoul Lantern Festival is held every year. Thanks Jeeyeon!

Cover from South Korea!

Today I got a nice cover from South Korea! South Korea, officially known as the Republic of Korea, is a country in east Asia located on the Korean peninsula. Its capital is Seoul and the current population is approximately fifty million people. Used was a nice 2005 stamp and a hexagonal 2003 stamp.
