Postcard from Russia!

Today I got a nice postcard from Russia! The postcard shows an illustration of the ZIS-5 truck. The vehicle was made by the Moscow ZIS in the 1930's. It is a 4x2 truck and it was used as the workhorse vehicle of the Soviet Army throughout the Second World War and beyond. It was a reliable truck with simple construction and served both as a cargo truck and as a troop transport. The postcard is an official Postcrossing card, RU-3155329. Thanks Marina!
