Postcard from the USA!

Today I got a cool postcard from the USA! The card features an outline of the United States, including the borders between the different states. Superimposed on the states are their respective state flags. The state flags all feature very different designs, owing to local influences and each state's desire to stand out. They were mostly made in the late 19th century for the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago, which took place in 1893. The card is an official Postcrossing card, US-2890150. Thanks Caitlin!
