Today I received a postcard from Belgium! It depicts a view of the
Grand-Place in its capital, Brussels. Today, renovations are underway to make the it look more authentic and it is said that it can feel like you travelled back in time if you go around. The square is the city's most important tourist attraction and is included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site list.
It also used to be the chocolate center in Europe back in the day. Belgian chocolates are world famous and this card was stamped with a very interesting stamp. The stamp, when smelled, smells like chocolate! If licked, it should also taste like chocolate, but that is something I'm unsure of trying. Unique nonetheless!
Thanks Orlin!
