Today I received a beautiful panoramic postcard from Copehagen in Denmark.
Copenhagen is the capital city of the
Kingdom of Denmark. The city has a metropolitan population of 1,954,411 people. It is the center of the country in terms of government, finance, and education. The card features a scene of
Nyhavn, the waterfront district of the city. The historic district has a lot of cafes and restaurants today. At the time of sending, it was 26 ° Celsius in Copenhagen, the hottest day since 2010! In the Philippines, we would normally think of that as a
cold day.
I would like to highlight the use of the Wavy Line stamp, which is the second oldest stamp series in the world!
Thank you so much Chris!
