Today I got a nice postcard from Cambodia! The postcard shows a scene in Banteay Srei Temple. The temple was built in 967 and is dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. It is mainly built with red sandstone and is known for its elaborate wall decorations. It is located in Angkor and is unique because of the miniature scale of its structures. The temple is a popular tourist destination. A nice 2013 stamp was used! Thanks Luis!
