Postcard from the Republika Srpska!

Today I got a beautiful panoramic postcard from the Republika Srpska! Republika Srpska, also known as the Bosnian Serb Republic, is one of two political entities in Bosnia & Herzegovina. It is an independent and legal entity that has its own judicial, legislative, and executive branches of government. It has a population of about 1,300,000 people. The postcard shows a nighttime view of Banja Luka, its capital and largest city. Thanks Anja! 

Cover & Postcard from Bosnia and Herzegovina!

Today I got a nice cover & postcard from Bosnia and Herzegovina! The postcard shows the view of the cross at Medjugorje, a popular pilgrimage site for Catholics due to Marian apparitions. Medjugorje translates to "between mountains" and is located 200 metres above sea level. The card was sent by Matteo from Italy who offered prayers for our intentions at the site. Thanks Matteo!

Today I got a nice cover, medallion, and postcard from Bosnia and Herzegovina! The card shows the views at the Marian apparition site at Medjugorje. One of the stamps used on the cover also shows the pilgrimage site. This was sent by Matteo from Italy, who went to Medjugorje and brought our prayers to the Apparition Hill. Thank you so much Matteo, this means a lot to us.
