Cover, Postcard, & Stamps from Belarus!

Today I got a nice cover with a postcard and stamps from Belarus! The postcard shows a view of the Mahilyou Regional Executive Committee, which is located in the city of Mogilev. Mogileve is a city in eastern Belarus with a population of about 360,000 people. A nice triangular 2013 Christmas stamp was used while a beautiful 2011 Christmas sheet of stamps was included! The 2011 Christmas stamp features an angel and used metal foil for its design. Thanks Pavel!
