Postcard from Brazil!

Today I got a nice postcard from Brazil! The card shows multiple views of Cairu, a city located in the state of Bahia. Used was a nice stamp issued in 2012 commemorating the sesquicentennial of the Presbyterian Cathedral of Rio de Janeiro. It was the first Presbyterian church in the country and was established in 1862. The church itself was opened in 1870 and was redesigned with Neo-Gothic architecture. Thanks Lívia!
