Postcard from the Netherlands!

Today I got a nice postcard from the Netherlands! The postcard features several wind and water mills along the water, a common sight throughout the country. Wind and water mills are very common throughout the country and were originally used to dry lakes and keep the land from flooding. As an ubiquitous part of the Dutch landscape, they have come to symbolize the country. The postcard is an official Postcrossing card, NL-2540200. Thanks Nancy!
