Postcard from the Czech Republic!

Today I got a beautiful panoramic postcard from the Czech Republic! The postcard features a panoramic view of Znojmo, a city located in the South Moravian Region. It was founded by King Ottokar I of Bohemia in the 13th century and is probably most known for the armistice signed there by Napoleon and Archduke Charles. The city's main attractions are the St. Nicholas Church and the Town Hall tower. Both feature Gothic architecture and are over 500 years old. The city currently covers an area of 66 square kilometres and has 34,000 residents. Nice stamps were used! Thanks Hana!
