Postcard from Russia!

Today I got a nice postcard from Russia! The card shows a beautiful view of Nilov Monastery, which is located on Stolobny Island. It is surrounded by Lake Seliger. It was built by Saint Nilus in 1594. Over the centuries, many buildings were built and on 1812, the causeway leading to the island was built. Beautiful Christmas stamps were used! Thanks Venera!
