Postcard from Poland!

Today I got a nice postcard from Poland! The postcard shows a view of the cathedral in Opole. Opole is a city of 125,000 people in southern Poland. It once was the capital of the region of Upper Silesia. After the First World War, it came under German rule but was turned over to Poland after the Second World War. Many Poles of German descent live in the city today. Thanks Monika!
