Postcard from Hong Kong!

Today I got a nice postcard from Hong Kong! The postcard features Peak Tower, which is located near Victoria Peak. It is primarily a leisure shopping mall and it also houses the terminal of the Peak Tram. Both the tram and the shopping center are owned by the Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels Group. It was first opened in 1997 and it has 7 floors. The designers, who wanted to have a distinctive effect on the skyline but did not want to interrupt the natural landscape, restricted its height and constructed it at a natural dip. Thanks Silvia!
