Postcard from Germany!

Today I got a nice card from Germany! The card features a view of Burg Eltz, also known as Eltz Castle. It is a castle surrounded by a river in Wierschem. Interestingly, it is still owned and used by the heirs of the family that used it during the 12th century. Two of the three branches of heirs have opened their parts to the public while one of the branches keeps its part private. The card is an official Postcrossing card, DE-2772418. Thanks Ingrid!
